In 2021, a friend introduced me to Strauss, and her glowing reviews left me with no hesitation in applying. Originally from the hotel industry, I was seeking something new. The fact that even as a hotel professional, I could join Strauss, intrigued me immensely. I found a forward-looking brand here, one that remains a family business and upholds values I can completely identify with. The company itself is continuously evolving, and I'm evolving with it. I get to learn a lot and handle wonderfully diverse tasks and projects.

My job at the Front Desk on the campus of our headquarters encompasses much more than welcoming our brand partners andcolleagues.

For example, we also plan the offers at our in-house gym, ALEA, and acquire new fitness trainers with exciting class options.We organise shuttle services, book meeting rooms, and publish the culinary offerings on our internal employee app, Bird. Every day, I face new challenges, projects and tasks. My goal here is to make sure that all guests and employees feel comfortable with us.

My personal highlight during my time here has definitely been the events, which I couldn't have even imagined! The teamwork is unparalleled: a genuine culture of unity and recognition is fostered here - and it's also a lot of fun! If you want to work with us, you should definitely have a passion for teamwork, demonstrate enthusiasm, and be open to new challenges. I can assure you that you'll drive to work happily every day.

I joined the Strauss team in 2020 and I can't imagine working anywhere else now! Our team is responsible for booking incoming payments from the banks to customer accounts, clarifying customer balances for account receivables or credits, and rewriting invoices if necessary. This is an incredibly interesting field and not only involves handling the numbers, but also having contact with our customers. Every day, I face new challenges, projects and tasks. But the best part is our team. You can look forward to a really friendly atmosphere. And you can ALWAYS rely on your colleagues, be it when you are on leave or in a social setting after work.

I've been with Strauss for over ten years now, and I'm a part of the Hospitality team. After seeing the job posting, I wanted to seize the opportunity and applied as a Team Leader. Right from my introduction day, I noticed that warmth and appreciation are highly valued at Strauss.

My role as a leader revolves around creating the best conditions for my team: ensuring that each colleague'sstrengths are utilised in the optimal position and that everyone feels comfortable.

Every day with us brings new and exciting tasks: from recruiting and communicating with brand partners to creating Latte Art at our coffee bar, and even assisting with events. We're involved in many exciting projects. The great thing is that we have numerous intersections with other teams in the company. For instance, we're currently collaborating with the IT team on introducing a new hospitality tool.

Every day is incredibly stimulating, and I look forward to work and with collaborating with this fantastic team. Everyone here is highly committed, enjoys their work, and still delivers exceptional performance as a team! We're always excited to welcome new members to the Hospitality team at Strauss!
