Extended return policy until January 31, 2026
(within Germany and using the return label we provide). Excludes custom-made items, only for customers based in Germany.
Goods that cannot be packaged will be collected from your address by the respective delivery service company. The costs for the return delivery will be borne by Strauss.
Exchanges:
The required exchange article can be ordered directly on the return delivery note. This means that ordering your goods all over again is not necessary!

There is a return delivery note enclosed in every package that describes the return and exchange process in detail. Please complete and then place the return delivery note into your return delivery package.
Place the complete article in its original packing in the parcel
Stick on the parcel label showing Strauss' address.
Take your returns to an appointed parcel store near you.
Keep your receipt as proof of return.
