1. Scope of Application
The following terms of use apply to the use of the "CI Configurator MYDESIGN" and supplement our General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") for all contracts involving textiles configured online via the "CI Configurator MYDESIGN".
2. Configuring Your Textiles Using the "CI Configurator MYDESIGN"
a) By uploading the desired personalization under the "Upload File" section, you confirm that you are authorized to have the personalization applied to textiles. In particular, the personalization must not infringe upon name and trademark rights, design rights, copyrights, or other third-party rights, nor violate general (especially criminal) laws. You grant us the non-exclusive right to use the uploaded content for the processing and production of the products you have ordered.
b) Personalizations with the following content are strictly prohibited:
c) We reserve the right to reject textile refinement requests submitted via the "CI Configurator MYDESIGN".
d) If claims are made against us due to your configuration because of rights violations or legal infringements, you are obliged to indemnify us from all related claims and damages.
3. Personalization Guidelines
a) The "CI Configurator MYDESIGN" offers two finishing methods (direct embroidery and EasyTransfer). Please carefully review the description and requirements of each method. The format and quality of uploaded files must comply with the specifications.
b) Please note that the color representation of the configured textiles on screen may vary depending on monitor settings and lighting conditions. The illustrations in the configurator are for demonstration purposes only. Minor deviations between the illustration and final product cannot be ruled out. Also note that color deviations may occur depending on the fabric or material. The definitive color reference is the color name and number indicated in the configurator (e.g., ISACORD).
c) The exact design size may vary depending on the type of personalization and the selected area. The size stated in the “Review & Approve” step is binding. We also reserve the right to reduce the size of the personalization by up to 10% during production if technically necessary.
d) Textile refinements may leave temporary marks from the embroidery frame or transfer press. These usually disappear after the first wash.
e) For direct embroidery, a backing material is placed inside the garment behind the personalized area to strengthen and stabilize the embroidery. This may slightly affect wearing comfort if in direct contact with the skin. Functionality of the article (e.g., wind or water resistance) may also be affected.
f) Depending on the personalization type (EasyTransfer or direct embroidery) and the garment chosen, care instructions may differ from non-personalized clothing. The included care instructions are binding.
g) Your MYDESIGN textiles are custom-made. Despite high quality standards, minor unavoidable deviations in color, quality, or size may occur due to production and material conditions. These do not constitute grounds for warranty claims.
