Bill of exchange are not accepted. The customer will be in default if he does not pay Strauss within 30 days after receiving the invoice or a similar payment request.
We will charge interest at a rate of 5 % above the basic rate of interest in accordance with § 247 BGB on arrears. If the customer is a company, we will charge interest of 8 % above the basic rate of interest.
