E-Commerce Manager – USA (m/f/d) | Vollzeit
What You Bring to the Table:
- Act as a Shopify expert - managing configurations, integrations, and customizations while ensuring platform stability and performance together with our team lead eCommerce.
- Perform day-to-day webshop operations, including product launches, on-site updates, promotions, and troubleshooting - keeping the store experience fast, user-friendly, and on-brand.
- Manage product data and site content— own accuracy, completeness, and presentation so the shop reflects our brand and commercial goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and product teams to translate campaign and portfolio strategies into compelling digital experiences.
- Partner with developers and vendors to implement new features, automate workflows, and integrate tools.
- Monitor key eCommerce metrics (ex: CVR, AOV, & technical site performance) and identify opportunities to improve UX, navigation, and conversion paths.
- Conduct ongoing QA testing and troubleshooting, ensuring reliability across all devices and browsers.
- Build and refine internal processes for shop operations, content updates, and data management as we scale.
- Bring ideas that blend technical insight with commercial instinct - whether improving performance, simplifying the path to purchase, or enhancing storytelling.
Your ingredients:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2+ years hands-on experience managing Shopify stores - ideally with a D2C brand or fast-growing eCommerce business.
- Deep understanding of Shopify's ecosystem (themes, Liquid, apps, APIs, and integrations). Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, or CMS tools is a plus.
- A strong grasp of technical troubleshooting and systems integration (ERP, PIM, CRM, analytics).
- Commercially minded with an understanding of product storytelling, merchandising, and campaign execution.
- Data-driven and organized - you pay attention to detail, stay ahead of updates, and proactively spot issues or opportunities.
- Curious and resourceful - you enjoy learning new tools, solving problems, and finding better ways to do things.
- Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1+).
- A collaborative team player with a sense of ownership and a "let's make it happen" attitude.
